É super rápido de se fazer.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes:&lt;br /&gt;2 bananas maduras&lt;br /&gt;Essência de baunilha&lt;br /&gt;100 gramas de manteiga&lt;br /&gt;1 ovo&lt;br /&gt;300 gramas de farinha&lt;br /&gt;1 pitada de sal&lt;br /&gt;1 colher de chá de fermento em pó&lt;br /&gt;1 lata de leite condensado&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Despejar o leite condensado para uma tigela funda. Amolecer a manteiga em lume brando. Misturar tudo muito bem até os ingredientes ficarem bem ligados. &lt;br /&gt;Junta-se-lhe o ovo inteiro e mistura-se tudo novamente.&lt;br /&gt;Juntar a farinha e o fermento a pouco e pouco e mexer bem até se fundir com o creme. Adicionar o sal.&lt;br /&gt;Esmagar as 2 bananas com um garfo e adicionar as gotas de essência de baunilha.&lt;br /&gt;Juntar este preparado ao creme. Ligar tudo muito bem.&lt;br /&gt;Eu uso uma forma de bolo inglês, num material anti aderente, pelo que não preciso de untar com margarina nem nada.&lt;br /&gt;Acender forno nos 180º. Deixar cozer durante 55 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Depois é desenformar e comer nham nham!!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Eu costumo tirar todos os ingredientes para cima do balcão da cozinha e é só misturar tudo, em 10 minutos tenho o preparado pronto a ir ao forno. mexe bem, deixa repousar 30 a 40 mins.&lt;br /&gt;Coze numa fritadeira, com a espessura minima que conseguirem.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;A minha cobertura!&lt;br /&gt;1ª Parte&lt;br /&gt;1 folha de massa folhada descongelada, espalma-na com o rolo de cozinha, e cortam com forminhas. vai a cozer conforme a instrução na caixa.&lt;br /&gt;enquanto cozem fazem uma calda com&lt;br /&gt;1 copo de açucar, um copo de agua mal cheio, 1 pau de canela, 1 colher de baunilha, sumo de 1 limao, raspas de casca de laranja, deixam ferver bem, quase no fim deitam uma colher de sopa de porto.&lt;br /&gt;Depois da massa folhada cozida, colocam numa tigela e deitam a calda por cima.&lt;br /&gt;2ª parte&lt;br /&gt;1 tabelete de chocolate de mousse partida aos pedaços, 1 colher de açucar, 2 colheres de leite ou natas, vai ao lume a derreter.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;e por fim:&lt;br /&gt;crepe no prato, recheia com o chocolate, enrola o crepe, e coloca em cima 1 ou 2 pedaços da massa folhada.&lt;br Picar.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Cortar o ananas aos bocadinhos.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Juntar maionese a gosto com um pouco da água de cozer os camarões, não muita para o molho não ficar demasiado liquido.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div align="justify"&gt;Juntar tudo numa saladeira ou tacho, mexer bem e servir. Pode comer-se igualmente frio que fica muito bom. Uma boa refeição para os dias quentes de verão. Não exagerem, é só meio mesmo!&lt;br /&gt;Um pau de canela&lt;br /&gt;Uma boa casca de limão&lt;br /&gt;Uma colher de sopa de farinha maizena&lt;br /&gt;Uma lata de leite condensado&lt;br /&gt;Uma medida (da lata) de leite&lt;br /&gt;6 gemas (eu depois digo o que fazer às claras na próxima receita)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Juntam tudo num tachinho e batem com a varinha, até tudo ficar ligado e com aquela cor de creme de pastel de nata (se ficar avermelhado é pq se alambazaram com o vinho do Porto!)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Depois vai ao lume, BRANDO, sempre a mexer até engrossar. Vai começar a formar uns caroços mas é mesmo assim, só não deixem secar.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Entretanto já estenderam a massa sobre a tarteira e rapam o tacho todinho lá para dentro.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Enfiam no formo, baixam um bocadinho o lume (até aos 170º vá) e deixam tostar. Quando começar a empolar e o topo ficar com uma crosta tostadinha podem desligar o forno (ca. de 20 minutos).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Et voilá! Quando a agua estiver quentinha, coloca as 2 postas de pescada entro de um tupperware com agua quente...e deixa a repousar..&lt;br /&gt;Descasca os alhos, corta-os e coloca-os dentro do copo da varinha mágica.&lt;br /&gt;LAva a salasa e coloca dentro do copo.&lt;br /&gt;Descasca as 2 cebolas...com a cara cheia de lágrimas corta 1 ceboa às rodelas e espalha-as no fundo do tabuleiro. Assoa-se, limpas as lágrimas.
